Privacy and Data Protection Policy
In compliance with current legislation, OG Shack Condiments is committed to adopting the necessary technical and organizational measures according to the appropriate security level for the risk of the data collected.

This privacy policy is adapted to the current Spanish and European regulations on personal data protection on the internet. Specifically, it complies with the following rules:

- Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE).
Identity of the data controller for personal data
The data controller for personal data collected on OG Shack Condiments is OG Shack Hot Sauces S.L., with tax identification number (NIF/CIF) B67637181 and registered in the Commercial Registry of Malaga, whose representative is Marcelo Miñano Vargas (hereinafter, the Data Controller).
Record of personal data
In compliance with the provisions of the GDPR and the LOPD-GDD, we inform you that the personal data collected by OG Shack Condiments through the forms included on its pages will be incorporated into and processed in our file in order to facilitate, expedite, and fulfill the commitments established between OG Shack Condiments and the User, maintain the relationship established through the forms, or address a request or inquiry.
Likewise, in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR and the LOPD-GDD, unless the exception provided for in Article 30.5 of the GDPR applies, a record of processing activities is maintained, which specifies, according to its purposes, the activities carried out and other circumstances established in the GDPR.

Categories of personal data
The categories of data processed at OG Shack Condiments are solely identification data. Under no circumstances are special categories of personal data, as defined in Article 9 of the GDPR, processed.
Legal basis for the processing of personal data
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is consent. OG Shack Condiments undertakes to obtain the explicit and verifiable consent of the User for the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes.
The User will have the right to withdraw their consent at any time. Withdrawing consent will be as easy as granting it. As a general rule, the withdrawal of consent will not condition the use of the Website.

In compliance with Article 8 of the GDPR and Article 7 of Organic Law 3/2018, only individuals over 14 years of age may grant their consent for the processing of their personal data by OG Shack Condiments. If the individual is under 14 years of age, the consent of their parents or guardians will be necessary, and the processing will only be considered lawful to the extent that they have authorized it.

OG Shack Condiments undertakes to adopt the necessary technical and organizational measures, according to the appropriate security level for the risk of the data collected, to guarantee the security of personal data and prevent its accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, or alteration, as well as unauthorized communication or access.

However, since OG Shack Condiments cannot guarantee the impregnability of the internet or the total absence of fraudulent access, the Data Controller undertakes to communicate to the User, without undue delay, any personal data security breach that may entail a high risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons.

Rights derived from the processing of personal data
The User may exercise the following rights against OG Shack Condiments, as recognized in the GDPR and Organic Law 3/2018:

The User may exercise their rights by written communication addressed to the Data Controller with the reference "RGPD-www.ogshackco.com", specifying:
- Name and surname of the User and a copy of their ID or valid document proving their identity.
- In case of representation, identification of the representative and document proving the representation.
- Specific request and reasons for the request or information to which access is desired.
- Address for notification purposes.
- Date and signature of the applicant.
- Any document proving the request made.
Links to third-party websites
The Website may include hyperlinks or links that allow access to third-party websites other than OG Shack Condiments and which, therefore, are not operated by the company. The owners of such websites will have their own data protection policies and will be responsible for their own files and privacy practices.
Complaints before the supervisory authority
In the event that the User considers that there is a problem or a violation of current regulations in relation to the processing of their personal data, they will have the right to effective judicial protection and to file a complaint with a supervisory authority, especially in the State where they have their habitual residence, place of work, or where the alleged infringement occurred.
In Spain, the supervisory authority is the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
II. Acceptance and changes to this privacy policy
It is necessary that the User has read and agrees with the personal data protection conditions contained in this Privacy Policy, as well as accepting the processing of their data so that the Data Controller can proceed in the manner, for the periods, and for the purposes indicated. The use of the Website will imply acceptance of this Privacy Policy.
OG Shack Condiments reserves the right to modify its Privacy Policy according to its own discretion or as a result of a legislative, jurisprudential, or doctrinal change by the Spanish Data Protection Agency. The User is advised to consult this page periodically to be aware of possible changes or updates.
